During this 2 month program, we meet 1:1 weekly for 45 minute sessions. Find success through support with:

  • Master the Basics: establish lasting habits with movement, mindset, nutrition, sleep, emotional health, hydration, and overall lifestyle

  • Weekly Health Education

  • Accountability Check-ins

  • Motivational Interviewing

What to Expect

  • In your first free session, we’ll walk through your Health History Form and discuss your goals. In the second session, we’ll dive a little deeper by reviewing your “Circle of Life,” further identifying the shifts you’d like to make and your “why.”

    *You can think of the Health History Form as a window into your health and habits. Reviewing it together allows us to discover how I can best support you. Walking through this form and the “Circle of Life” form are important steps to take so that we can understand your history with health— which creates the space to deeply explore your health journey as a whole.

  • Each session, we’ll continue to dive a little deeper to work from the root and use techniques to create lasting behavioral changes. Through asking high mileage questions and using reflective statements, we’ll discover the sustainable shifts you can make to transform into the best version of yourself yet. The focus here is on creating sustainable action plans, personal discovery, exploring challenges, and accountability.

  • At the end of the program, you’ll not only be equipped with the skills to continue making shifts, but you’ll deeply believe in your ability to heal and love yourself through simple modalities. The focus turns to recognizing your progress, reinforcing everything you’ve learned, and developing a sustainable plan for maintaining the shifts you’ve made.
